Avocado Toast on Ezekiel Bread

 1 slice of Ezekiel Whole Grain Bread
 ½ ripe avocado
 2 tbsp chickpea hummus
 ½ cup raw spinach
 1 tsp. olive oil

Yields 1 serving


  1. Prepare the toast by heating the bread on both sides until browned.
  2. Meanwhile, slice the avocado into thin slices and rinse the spinach.
  3. Once the toast is browned, spread the chickpea hummus liberally on one side of the toast. Top with spinach.
  4. Arrange avocado slices on top of the spinach layer, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle salt (optional).
  5. Enjoy!
