Banana Overnight Oats

5 minutes (refrigerated for at least 4 hours) · 6 ingredients


 ¾ cup traditional rolled oats
 1 tbsp. Chia seeds
 1 tbsp. Hemp hearts
 ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
 1 medium banana
 1 tsp. Cinnamon (optional)

Yields 1 serving


  1. Peel and divide the ripened banana in halves, placing one aside in a sealed container to be refrigerated.
  2. Mash the remaining half in a small bowl.
  3. Combine the oats, chia seeds, hemp hearts, almond milk, cinnamon, and mashed banana in a sealable container (mason jars or Tupperware work perfectly) and mix well.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  5. Slice the remaining banana half into desired slices and arrange atop the prepared oats.
  6. Enjoy.
