Cauliflower Rice and Herb Bowl

 1 head of cauliflower
 3 tbsp. olive oil
 2 tbsp. minced garlic
 2 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
 1 tsp. turmeric
 2 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
 1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Yields 2 servings


  1. In a deep skillet or large pan, heat olive oil on medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and turmeric, mixing constantly until fragrant.
  3. Add rinsed cauliflower to the pan, cooking until tender and browned.
  4. Remove from heat, add dill, parsley, basil, cilantro, and lemon juice.
  5. Mix until well combined.
  6. Enjoy!
