1 head of cauliflower
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp. turmeric
2 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Yields 2 servings
- In a deep skillet or large pan, heat olive oil on medium heat.
- Add garlic and turmeric, mixing constantly until fragrant.
- Add rinsed cauliflower to the pan, cooking until tender and browned.
- Remove from heat, add dill, parsley, basil, cilantro, and lemon juice.
- Mix until well combined.
