Green Goddess Dip

 1 ripe avocado
 1 cup Greek yogurt
 1 cup stemmed kale
 3 tbsp. Packed dill
 3 tbsp. Packed parsley
 Lemon juice and Olive Oil (to taste)

Yields 2 to 3 servings


  1. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until a smooth consistency or the desired texture is achieved.
  2. Slowly add lemon juice and olive oil to taste.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Enjoy with raw vegetables, multi-grain crackers or toast.
