Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1 lime, juiced
1-2 jalapeños, chopped
1 plum tomato, diced
1 tbsp garlic, minced (optional)
3 bell peppers, sliced
Yields 2 to 3 servings
Preparation:
- In a medium bowl, place the cut and peeled avocados, the juice of the lime, jalapeños, tomato, and garlic.
- With a fork, mash the avocado with the vegetable mixture, until a chunky consistency is achieved.
- Enjoy using bell pepper slices!
