Labneh Dip with Toasted Pita

 1 ½ cups Labneh (Greek Yogurt can be used as a substitute)
 2 cloves garlic
 1 ½ tbsp fresh dill
 1 tsp. Salt
 2 tbsp. Olive oil
 Pita bread (for serving)

Yields 2 servings


  1. Mince garlic and add to a heated pan with olive oil; cook over medium heat until fragrant (1-3 minutes).
  2. Let cool, combine labneh, dill, and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Add cooled oil mixture; combine well.
  4. Drizzle desired amount of olive oil atop the labneh.
  5. Toast pita bread
  6. Enjoy!
