3 plum tomatoes
3 tbsp. Cilantro
1 lime
1 cucumber

Preparation
- Chop red onion, tomatoes, and cilantro and combine well in a small bowl.
- Squeeze juice of one lime into the pico de gallo; mix.
- Slice cucumber into desired width
