Honey & Citrus Salmon Fillet with Kale

Ingredients

 1 Salmon fillet
 1 tbsp tamari
 1 tbsp honey
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 50g kale

Yields 1 serving

Preparation

  1. Coat salmon in tamari, honey and lemon juice.
  2. Air Fry for 12 minutes or pan fry for 12 minutes - turning over if using the pan.
  3. Bring a pan of water to a boil and add the kale, cooking for 5 minutes
  4. Serve the salmon on the bed of kale and top with the remaining sauce from earlier.
