Ingredients
1 Salmon fillet
1 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
50g kale
Yields 1 serving
Preparation
- Coat salmon in tamari, honey and lemon juice.
- Air Fry for 12 minutes or pan fry for 12 minutes - turning over if using the pan.
- Bring a pan of water to a boil and add the kale, cooking for 5 minutes
- Serve the salmon on the bed of kale and top with the remaining sauce from earlier.
